These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, visitors, participants, spectators, and users of the facilities operated by A & C BALLPARK LTD, trading as BallPark Brighton (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By making a booking on our website, attending the venue, or participating in any activity at BallPark Brighton, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• All bookings must be made via our website or approved booking channels.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion for safety, behavioural, or operational reasons.
   

• All participants take part at their own risk.
• You confirm that you are physically fit and medically able to participate in football and related activities.
• If you have any medical condition, injury, or concern, you should seek medical advice before participating.
• BallPark Brighton does not provide medical advice or supervision.
   

Football and physical activity involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, and falls
• Collisions with players, walls, equipment, or surfaces
• Muscle strains, sprains, fractures, or more serious injury
   

By attending and participating, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with these activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• A & C BALLPARK LTD (t/a BallPark Brighton) shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death suffered while on the premises or participating in activities, except where caused by our negligence.
   
• We are not responsible for:
   
  • Personal injury arising from participation 
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Actions of other participants or spectators
     
• Personal belongings are brought onto the premises entirely at your own risk.
   

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

All guests must behave in a respectful and safe manner.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Aggressive, violent, abusive, or threatening behaviour
• Harassment of staff or other customers
• Intoxication or being under the influence of drugs
• Deliberate damage to property or equipment
• Failure to follow staff instructions or safety rules
   

We reserve the right to remove any individual from the venue immediately, without refund, if these rules are breached.

• Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times.
• No jewellery, sharp objects, or unsafe equipment permitted.
• Follow all on-site signage and staff instructions.
• Children must be supervised unless part of an organised session.
   

Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.

• Any individual or group found responsible for damage to equipment, facilities, or property may be held financially liable for repair or replacement costs.
   

• Cancellation policies are outlined at the point of booking.
• No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to safety, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, alternative dates or refunds will be offered.
   

• CCTV is in operation for safety and security.
• Photography or videography may take place for marketing purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify staff before your session.
   

Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By making a booking or entering BallPark Brighton, you confirm that you:

• Acknowledge the risks involved
• Agree to the liability waiver
